WHO WE ARE
FMKids is the Children’s Ministry at Fort Mill Church of God. Our vision is to connect kids with the Faith Community, encouraging them to discover who they are in God’s Big Story and to raise up a generation that will not depart from God. We aim for the children in our ministry to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to reach their maximum potential in their walk with Christ and to lead others to Him. We strive to provide a safe, energetic, and fun atmosphere of worship that is also developmentally appropriate for children. Our goal is to make Church your child’s favorite place, and most importantly, we want our kids to be excited about having a personal relationship with God.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our children's worship services coincide with our adult worship services and are specifically designed for children from Birth through 5th Grade. Safety is our top priority, and we ensure it by offering a check-in system with exclusive parent identification security tags, on site security officers, and comprehensive background checks for all Team Members. Additionally, we have a communication system in place to contact you during the worship experience if necessary. New families are encouraged to visit the Connect Center, located in the lobby of the Center For Discipleship, for assistance with registration and receiving name tags. This is a quick and simple process.
Our check-in begins 15 minutes prior to each service. Visit one of the kiosks located at the Connect Center to check your child in and receive their badge and security pick-up tag. To ensure optimal learning and maintain security for our children, all environments will close 15 minutes after the start of each service. If you arrive later, please stop by the Connect Center, where a greeter will be happy to assist you and your family.
